HEATHER

Welcome to Heather

Houseboat of character, docked in Hoveton by the River Bure on the Norfolk Broads Waterways.

Heather is cared for by a partnership of friends and family. Our aim is to preserve the distinctive style of the houseboat and enable future generations to enjoy her charms.

Explore the riverside, browse the shops and places to eat and drink ~ and much more beyond monumental Wroxham Bridge.

The market cart is available to host any budding entrepreneur or fundraiser of a not for profit organisation in the area. There is no charge, however donations can be made to local good causes, for example ~ Hoveton Village Hall Trust or Hoveton and Wroxham Christmas Lights.

Be part of the future of Hoveton and Wroxham ~ and have a foot in its glorious past, when boat companies and traders worked the highways, byways and waterside quays with similar hand propelled barrows.

🔶️🟢 Residents of the mysterious coastal village respectfully greeted one another with "Be seeing you" on the seminal ATV television serial The Prisoner.
