Houseboat of character, docked in Hoveton by the River Bure on the Norfolk Broads Waterways.

Heather is cared for by a partnership of friends and family. Our aim is to preserve the distinctive style of the houseboat and enable future generations to enjoy her charms.

Explore the riverside, browse the shops and places to eat and drink ~ and much more beyond monumental Wroxham Bridge.

Emblazoned Greylags


Part of what the stewards do as enthusiastic amateurs is to help out caring for the water birds and riverside around Wroxham Bridge.

The greylag goose and naturalistic lettering or typeface was devised by Andrew to promote the fantastic water based fowl in Hoveton and Wroxham. Stu at nearby Swallowtail Promotional Ltd in Stalham has emblazoned some clothing with the badge.
