Heather is cared for by a partnership of friends and family. Our aim is to preserve the distinctive style of the houseboat and enable future generations to enjoy her charms.

Sidewalk Swan

A confused young mute swan was wandering around Church Road near the junction with the High Street in Hoveton around 8.30am on Saturday morning. Perhaps the fatigued bird lost her bearings? Volunteer wildlife rescuer Paul collected the swan and released her at Granary Staithe feeding area.
